While the name draws from Brazil’s spirited identity, the coffee itself is a grounded expression of the country’s rich coffee-growing tradition.

Sourced from Fazenda Sucuri, in the Serra Alta area of Cerrado Mineiro, Minas Gerais, CAPOEIRA features the Red Catuai variety, harvested during the 2024/2025 season. Grown at altitudes between 1045 and 1200 meters, this lot is honey-processed to enhance its natural sweetness and depth.

With a moisture content of 10.1% and a density of 0.71 g/ml, CAPOEIRA delivers a warm, comforting cup. Expect rich chocolate and roasted hazelnut notes, rounded out by a smooth, balanced sweetness—an inviting and expertly crafted showcase of Brazil’s specialty coffee excellence.
