Introducing PURA VIDA, our new Costa Rican coffee inspired by the famous phrase that represents everything warm, easygoing, and joyful about Costa Rica. The name captures that laid-back spirit, but the coffee itself is a genuine reflection of the country’s proud coffee-growing tradition.

This lot comes from Coopetarrazu in San Marcos, right in the heart of the Tarrazú region — an area known worldwide for producing some of Costa Rica’s best coffees. Grown between 1200 and 1800 meters, these Caturra and Catuai cherries from the 2024/2025 harvest were washed-processed, giving the cup a clean, bright character.

PURA VIDA brews into a smooth, comforting coffee. You’ll taste chocolate and caramel right away, with a soft hint of apricot that brings a gentle sweetness to the finish. It’s an easy, balanced cup — the kind you can enjoy any time of day.

Note: All of our coffees are sold as whole beans to keep them as fresh as possible, but if you need it ground for your brewer, just send us a quick message — we’re always happy to grind it for you before delivery.
