Meet FANDANGO — our new Honduran coffee, named after the lively dance that captures the rhythm and joy of the region. Just like the dance, this coffee is bright, playful, and full of character.
Grown at Mini Granja Dilma in Marcala, La Paz, between 1,400 and 1,550 meters, FANDANGO is cultivated by Maria Dolores Zelaya. It’s naturally processed, a method that brings out the full sweetness and clarity of the beans while highlighting their vibrant character.
In your cup, you’ll find notes of tropical fruit, juicy peach, pineapple, and chocolate. The naturally bright profile is roasted to a darker medium, mellowing it into a smooth, slightly bolder cup without losing its lively, expressive character. Harvested from the 2024/2025 crop, FANDANGO is a true taste of place and people.
