  Introducing EL SANTO, inspired by the legendary Mexican luchador whose silver mask became a symbol of justice, strength, and cultural pride. Just like its namesake, this coffee is bold, memorable, and unmistakably Mexican—crafted to honor heritage with every sip.

Grown in the lush highlands of Ángel Albino Corzo, Chiapas, EL SANTO comes from the dedicated farmers of the FESICH cooperative. Harvested during the 2023/2024 season, it features a trio of varieties—Sarchimor, Catuai, and Marsellesa—grown at 700 to 1100 meters and fully washed for a clean, balanced profile.

Certified Organic and Fairtrade, EL SANTO delivers rich notes of dark chocolate and caramel, with smooth undertones of grape, vanilla, and honey.

It’s a full-bodied, flavourful tribute to one of Mexico’s greatest icons—and to the land and people who continue to inspire.
