Introducing BOTO — our new Peruvian coffee named after the pink river dolphin, a real and iconic species native to the Amazon River in Peru. Known for its unique colour and calm presence, the Boto represents the natural beauty and character of the region — and this coffee reflects that same spirit in every cup.

This lot comes from AMACOF, a committed cooperative in Pisuquía, Luya, an area recognized for its lush terrain and strong specialty coffee production. Grown from Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica varieties from the 2023/2024 harvest, this coffee was washed-processed for a clean, bright, and refined profile.

BOTO brews into a smooth, flavourful cup. The natural flavour notes that can be found are orange, vanilla, milk chocolate, and hazelnut, coming together in a balanced and comforting profile you can enjoy any time of day.

Note: All of our coffees are sold as whole beans to keep them at peak freshness. If you need it ground for your brewer, just send us a quick message — we’re always happy to grind it right before delivery.
